How to check order details
If you want to check the details of an order purchased from Apote Official Mall, click the link below. (available when login in)
- After logging in, select "View Details" next to the order number through the [My Page] - [Order Inquiry] menu to check the order details and order status in detail.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you when ordering and please refer to that email.
How to change order information
※ It may be difficult to change order information (change of shipping address, change of payment method, etc.) after payment completion (order completion).
If you want to change your order information, please request [Cancel Order] via "Apote Customer Service Center at 031-365-3607" or Naver Talk Talk, and then order again.
Available only for products purchased from Apote's official online mall.
However, If received after the cancellation time, it will be treated as a return and return shipping fees may apply.
※ Order cancellation time varies based on order status (delivery preparation).
1) Order before 9:00 am → Cancel until 4:00 pm (on the same day)
2) Order after 9:00 PM → Can be canceled until 4:00 PM the next day
